OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN OUR CONGREGATION
The best life is a life that helps others and invests energy, time, and resources in what God is doing. If you want to see more of God’s goodness and grace in your everyday, take time each week to pursue the good for others. We want to help everyone find ways to give their lives to others through gatherings at our church and gatherings in our community. Here are some opportunities:
The Welcome Team helps to create a warm and inviting environment for everyone who joins us on Sunday mornings. The team comprised of greeters, Welcome Desk host, ushers, Next Step volunteers, and prayer team volunteers. Most of these volunteer positions help out once a month at one of the Sunday gatherings. For additional information or to volunteer, contact Pastor Jodi Moore.
Our ACC Kids team builds up and strengthens children and their families. They believe in investing in the next generation at each stage of development. Volunteers lead small groups of kids focused on relationships, teach large group gatherings, lead worship songs, gather supplies for crafts and object lessons, hold and care for infants, and build creative and exciting environments. We would love to have you join our exciting team. For additional information or to volunteer, contact Kayleigh Leonard, Next Gen Pastor.
ACC Student programming is simple but the time and intention it takes to provide something significant is significant! We need your help! Volunteers are needed to help with both hospitality and teaching. For additional information or to volunteer, contact JDrew McGovern, Next Gen Director.
Music has a way of unlocking our hearts in powerful and surprising ways. Our Worship Arts team works to create environments where people can sense God’s love and presence in their everyday lives. Musicians, artists, sound techs, visual arts, lighting specialists, and creative people help plan, implement, and evaluate our Sunday morning gatherings. For additional information or to volunteer, contact Matt Anderson, Pastor of Worship Arts.
We need eight-10 people who are willing to serve the individuals who reach out to the church for assistance. Shifts will be on Thursdays for two hours and frequency will depend on the number of volunteers available. Training will be provided. For additional information or to volunteer, contact Steve Smee.
Many other volunteer positions are available, contact Pastor Jodi for assistance.
