EASTER AT ARVADA COVENANT CHURCH

Holy Week 2025 will begin on Palm Sunday with the kids waving palms to remind us of the life-changing entrance of Christ followed by a pancake brunch. Good Friday will take us on a journey to the Cross. And oh, the joy of Sunday – the colors, the flowers, the songs and the message – will point to the power of the resurrected Jesus!

HOLY WEEK EVENTS AT ARVADA COVENANT CHURCH

WHAT TO EXPECT ON EASTER SUNDAY

What time are Easter Sunday services?

On Easter Sunday, we will meet at 9 and 10:30 a.m. The 9 a.m. service will be livestreamed.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before service. That will give you time to grab some coffee and find seats.

Can my kids attend?

Of course! Children and youth are welcome to attend service with you.

The nursery will be available for infants and toddlers (up to age 3) during both services. There will be no special programming for kids or students at either service.

Check in for all children birth to three years old is upstairs in the Kids Hallway. When you walk in the main doors, there are signs pointing you towards the iPads, where you will put in your phone number and add kids into their classrooms. If you are a first-time guest or its your first time checking your kids in, someone will be by the iPads to create your account. You will receive one name tag and one security tag. The security tag matches the number on their name tag, which is how we will match you up to your child when you come to pick them up from their respective classrooms. When you set up your account, we will ask for basic information including: name, address, phone number, and birthdate of your child in case of emergency!

Have a question?  Contact Children’s Pastor Kayleigh Leonard.

What should I wear?

Feel free to wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Some people will have their “Easter best” on, but there’s no pressure to dress up. Come as you are. We can’t wait to meet you.

How long is the service? What should I expect?

The Easter Sunday service should last around one hour.  Worship at both of our services are identical and led by a band. The worship gathering is designed to be meaningful for multiple generations and invite those inside and outside of our community to experience the love of God.

Where can I watch online?

On Easter Sunday, the 9:00 a.m. service will be livestreamed on our website.
