Scam Alert
This afternoon, an email impersonating Pastor Jodi was sent out to numerous people at ACC asking people to buy gift cards discreetly. This is a scam. Please do not purchase any gift cards. If you look closely, the email address some of you received is not the same email address we use at church. All staff email addresses are first intial + last name at arvadacovenant.org.
Pastor Jodi has received many emails, texts and phone calls this afternoon from caring and sincere ACCers desiring to help. Please know that no staff member, including Pastor Jodi, should ever ask you to purchase gift cards on our behalf because there is no accountability for how the money is spent. If you are ever concerned about whether an email is from a staff member, please call ACC’s main number to verify. 303-422-1235.
