REQUEST ASSISTANCE FROM THE BENEVOLENT FUND

WE ALL NEED HELP SOMETIMES

ACC’s Benevolence Fund is a resource and ministry to anyone in our congregation, or in the Arvada area, who has a material need (utility bills, clothing, food, etc.) that cannot be met through their own support system and/or finances. The Benevolence Fund is administered by a team of lay volunteers.

We assist any member or attendee of ACC and others who live within Arvada and Wheat Ridge, and we can assist families and households once every six months. The fund can assist with utility bills, car fuel or repair needs, food, medical bills, etc. Preference is given for assistance that would help prevent the loss of transportation, or utility service that would cause significant trauma to families. The fund cannot  pay credit card bills, cell phone, or cable bills, per IRS rules. The amount given depends on the program guidelines and  funds available at any point in time

We also maintain a small food pantry for emergency needs.

To request assistance, contact ACC at 303-422-1235 or info@arvadacovenant.org for information about current Benevolence Fund office hours. Requestors will need to complete an application form, provide a photo ID, proof of residency, bills/statements/shut off notices (as applicable), and be interviewed by a member of the Benevolence Fund team.
