PROVIDE A THANKSGIVING MEAL TO A NEIGHBOR IN NEED

This holiday season, you can ensure that neighbors in need can have a healthy and satisfying Thanksgiving dinner.

Here’s how you can help:

• You can fill a bag with food! Pick up an empty bag and food list at ACC on Sunday, October 30 or Sunday, November 6. Fill the bag and return it to ACC before or on November 13.
• You can help sort and prep the bags! Join us on November 13 at 11:30 a.m. for lunch and a packing party. This is a multigenerational effort! We will also need help organizing the food during the service just prior to the party.
• You can help pass out the bags! Volunteer to help distribute the bags at the church on November 18 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. or November 19 from 12-2 p.m. Recipients will have a way to “shop” for extra things they need. Everything will be free so this is a special time to build connections and get to know others in our community.

Know a family in need? You can request a dinner for them. We have two sizes (small-feeds up to five people, and large-feeds six or more). To request a bag, call the church office at 303-422-1235 by November 14 and leave a message with the name, phone number and number of people living in the home.
