Pancake Fundraiser for Casa Hogar Trip
Arvada Covenant Church is thrilled to send a team of 18 individuals—youth and adults—to serve with our ministry partners at Palabra de Vida in Chihuahua, Mexico, this summer!
ACC has been blessed with a long-standing relationship with Palabra de Vida, a vibrant ministry that provides care, love, and hope to children in their Casa Hogar (children’s home) and the surrounding community. We are so excited to continue growing that relationship as we come alongside their team to share the love of Christ through service, connection, and encouragement.
During the team’s time in Chihuahua, they’ll have the opportunity to spend time with the children, support local outreach efforts, and assist with hands-on projects that bless the community.
The team hosted a pancake fundraiser on Sunday, May 18. The day was filled with good food, personal testimonies, and laughter in a lip-reading game.
The team hopes to raise $3,000 to help cover the cost of travel, lodging, and supplies for our team.
