Lead Pastor Search Committee Update, 8/8/22
In this week’s meeting, Kinsey reminded us of Paul’s words in Philippians 4:4 – to rejoice in the Lord always. Always. In this season of upheaval and uncertainty, we can continue to thrive as we seek the Lord and rejoice in Him. We are continuing to review the survey results and are actively pursuing ways to improve the selection process. We want everyone’s voice to be heard, so please be sure to complete the survey by August 21. We spoke last night with the Covenant’s Midwest Superintendent about the candidate selection process and we expect to start receiving resumes at our next meeting, August 22. In the meantime, we are working on Interview questions. We appreciate everyone’s ongoing prayers for the guidance of the Holy Spirit through this process
