Lead Pastor Search Committee Update, 7/25/22
Dan Fisher led us in a devotional from Philippians 2. Verses 3 & 4 really spoke to each of us as we desire to represent the congregation well: “In humility regard others as better than yourselves. Let each of you look not to your own interests but to the interests of others.” We’ve had some good early responses to the congregational survey and encourage everyone to participate. The responses are helpful as we begin to work on interview questions in preparation for receiving applications next month. Matt Anderson is assisting the committee in the production of a short informational video about our church to be given to applicants. The meeting was closed in prayer. We greatly appreciate the congregation’s ongoing prayers for the Holy Spirit’s guidance through this process.
