Lead Pastor Search Committee Update, 6/13/22
Barb Rodriguez opened the meeting by leading us in a devotion and prayer based on Philippians 1:9-11. We spent time editing a final draft of the Lead Pastor Job Description and it is ready to be posted when the Church Profile is completed. The team has been working on our Church Profile during the time between our meetings, and it will be finalized at our next meeting. We began looking at examples of church surveys in preparation for developing a survey for the ACC congregation. A survey will be one tool that helps the LPSC understand what the congregation is looking for in a lead pastor. The meeting was closed with prayer.
